As a part of our job , we often work with teams for projects where we need to take a lot of decisions. These decisions regarding the project are to be taken as a team and for this unity among the team members is the most important factor. Team decisions would include opinions of all the members so every flaw can be identified and better decisions could be derived. However when a team gets involved, somewhere we might need to compromise with some issues that needs to be addressed and this would create problems in the later phases of the project .
