say the so as as per per the different question, we can point of views. so here one example of critical decision is related to the selection of one candidate out of 3 equally capable ones at the time a gob related interviews. Here the position of the head quality assurance is very important and the selection of wrong one could be a cause of losses to the organization in future. Therefore a systematic approach was adopted in the screening process and inal selection of three candidates. After that I applied quanti- tative approach towards the selection of the final candidate. So here in quantative approach i gave diff. event Weights of qualities such as education, the past work experience past achievements, and technology knowledge among others. These weights were assigned to each one of them on their capabilities and the final calculated. score was And at east the person with highest score was selected for job Post -tion of head. Today, when I see the decision i made am glad as the quality head has led the Organization to another level. He implem. ented different new quality management Practices such as GMP (goods manufacturing Practices), oms and HACCP in the orgazition. so it was the best decision. And as per today if i have to choose a method I will choose qualitative approach in combination with quantitative approach. I will also consider advices of experts which will add higher probability of a decision to be more successful.
