Answer #1

Students naturally face tough challenges like An Interview conducted in an absurd way where more descriptive behavioural questions are asked and they face huge hiccups while answering because of fixed mindset that interview is stereotypical and is bound by predetermined set lf question usually asked.

Here mental barriers like ability to fail and get neevous for new change helds ghem back and rheir lack of risk taking appetite and confidence also act as barriers. Students get confused and nervous as to how interviewer perceives them and consequently tend to exaggerate answers or answer it haphazardly without giving considerable thought onto it.

Students can redefine such situations using growth mindset whwre one is prepared to innovate and act based on contingency and is well versed to all sort of questions by continuing self improvement and revision of concepts. This helps them navigate tough questions, manouvre them into simple ones and answer without hassles. This boosts their confidence and probability to get selected.
