Commentaries: In each discussion thread, each student will offer a substantive commentary on one of the original posts that has not received any response yet. The commentary should include at least two of the following: a) a Comment (e.g., “I agree that… because…”; “I disagree that… because…”), b) a Connection (e.g., “I also have read/seen/heard/thought that…”), and c) a Question (e.g., “I wonder why/how/who/what/when/where…”). The commentary must demonstrate a thoughtful reading and analyses of both the review question and the answergiven by your teammate. You should be able to point out inaccuracies, shortcomings, or weaknesses in the answer, given your understanding of the text. Recall the four types of “discussion stoppers” that we examined in this chapter. Is that collection of “stoppers” complete? Can you think of any additional discussion stoppers that might also block or shut down moral discourse? Why is it so easy to fall victim to one or more of those stoppers when discussing moral issues in general, as well as moral issues involving the use of cybertechnology in particular? "This collection of “stoppers” is not complete simply because people could stop discussing for any reason, some people might not want to argue about morals or even think about them. One “discussion stopper” that I have encountered is both sides misunderstood the other and they ended up arguing for the same thing or ended up discussing entirely separate subjects among themselves. It is easy to fall for discussion stoppers because most people either do not like to argue or discuss subjects like these, or they are so obsessed with being right they don’t listen to the other sides’ argument. Morals in cyber technology make it easy to fall for these “stoppers” because technology is constantly changing so rapidly there is always going to be new issues regarding something in the tech field that there will never be an easy solution to the problems."

I agree with you that discussion stoppers combination we study in this course is not complete because when we discuss with other people there are many things which can stop that discussion like our values, believes, morality, upbringing, culture, norms, ethics etc which can differ from person to person.

I see people that many people do online discussion on social media like fb or twitter having no clear goals or understanding of topic still they involve in discussion but when the subject or talk come on to them like if everybody started to talk on their values, culture or argue with them then they stop discussing further and leave the room.

I beginning to wonder why people involve in discussion then stop without proving their sides or make the subject agenda complete different like if we talk about some particular topic then in the end topic become totally different.
