The answer is option (a)

It will give a reading which will be of lower heat capacity than the actual one. Allowing the reaction to take place and dispense heat into the calorimeter, there is 20 ml of water extra to absorb that will lower the heat capacity of the calorimeter as all the heat will be dissipated in absorbing that 20 ml extra water that the original heat capacity (Cp) will be lowered by a very large amount.
