Answer #1

PEST analysis for a truck driving company is explained as below:

POLITICAL-A lot of political support is being given to such companies as they are facilitating transportation and hence they get subsidies also, having said that some of the export rules are so strict by the political government that it is not favourable for truck companies to operate in a profitable manner. Hence political condition depend on state to state.

ECONOMICAL- The fuel price is getting higher every month and hence it becomes economically tough to operate with lesser profit margin but still the number of trips are increasing because of which the truck driving company is able to maintain the profit margin.

SOCIAL- A very prominent issue that can be witnessed is that the number of truck drivers are decreasing at a rapid pace and hence it is from this society only that we have to get some drivers.

TECHNOLOGICAL- Good amount of innovation is being done from technical point of view, truck fleet cab now be managed through mobile applications and also the route can be decided through technology, lastly different types of fuels are also being used by truck driving companies.
