NO,the sworn officer cannot wear a religious headdress while on duty because as a sworn officer ,he is not representing any religion ,he is just performing his duty which teach him to be unbiased and be fair in his work.If he would wear such religious headdress,it may give some wrong impression about his bias nature towards his religion .
