The 4 functions of management which are planning, organizing, leading and controlling are very crucial for any organization as they help in the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. At our workplaces we plan projects and activities with teams and management. Decisions are taken after discussing all the possibilities and proper plan is prepared for the project. All the planned activities are organized and the resources required are acquired as per the availability and requirement. Teams are lead by leaders and managers where they help the teams in executing the plans and completing the project successfully . The management and the managers oversee all the work being done by the teams and control the supply chain whenever required. All these functions help in efficient functioning of the organization and completion of projects on time.
