The mutation to the genes of cell that causes lacking of golgi bodies will affect more dramatically as compared to other mutation. Because:

Cilia are fine hair like structure outgrowth over the membrane. Mutations in the genes of cilia can lead to dysinetic cilia which results in defective cilia that move abnormally or are unable to move.

Ribosomes are organelles that produce proteins and perform important functions such as repairing cellular damage and directing chemical processes. Cells lacking ribosomes would not be able to produce protein and would not be able to functional properly.

In cell biology, the nucleus is a membrane-enclosed organelle found in eukaryotic cells. In the Cells lacking nucleus due to mutation in gene, ribosomes would translate newly transcribed (unprocessed) mRNA, resulting in malformed and nonfunctional proteins.

Centriole helps with cell division in animal cells and in the formation of the spindle fibers that separate the chromosomes during cell division (mitosis). Without centriole's, the chromosomes would not be able to move and it can affect the cell division process

The golgi apparatus packages proteins into vesicles inside of the cell before sending them to their destinations. If there were no Golgi bodies, the proteins in cells would float around without direction. Other cells and organs in the body would not function properly without the products that the Golgi body normally sends. Without a Golgi apparatus, there would be no lysosomes in a cell. Subsequently, the cell would not be able to digest or break down the materials left over from protein creation. This would create a lot of excess junk within the cell. If this happened, the cell wouldn’t be able to live for very long.
