Based on this work and previous IOM reports, IOM has presented a report by 2007 in preventing drug safety, medicinal flaws in 2007. This report emphasized the importance of severely reducing drug defects, improving connectivity with patients, continuing observation of errors, providing diagnostic services with diagnosis and information tools, and improving and adapting drug labels and drugs.
