You are to gather as much information as possible whether through online inquiries, face-to-face interviews or calls to a corporate or regional manager.

Elements to consider:

1. What type of questions are being asked? (if it is a survey online or customer comment card) Include examples with your report for show and tell

2. You should cover how the business addresses service if you can learn about their training

3. You should identify the competitive nature of their business

4. You should determine if their measure is based on a proactive or reactive strategy

5. Identify any incentives that are being used to lure a customer response I want you to use your own stories, experiences and surveys. See just how much interest local companies have in learning about their service experience for customers and the tools they use for tracking trends.
