Answer #1

Hi ,

I used to work as a Sr Sales Executive in a MNC which used to sell solutions for Logistic Automation. So, a survey that is appropriate for that job is something as below, but before that there are few points that should be noticed before putting up a survey:

-> Don't make the survey too long.

-> Make the survey available for every mobile device possible.

-> Set a frequency of survey to immediate and later in a fixed amount of time for future if continuous support has been given to the customer.

-> Ask close ended questions to avoid confusion.

Survey as per my job:

1) Are you satisfied with the Company's way of working?

a) Yes b) No

2) Are you satisfied with the product that has been delivered?

a) Yes b) No

3) Rate the quality of the product on 1 to 10?

-----

4) Are you satisfied with the Company's representative throughout the process?

a) Yes b) No

5) Are you willing to work with the firm again in future?

a) Yes b) No

6) Suggestion to improve anything (if something is not as per standards) :

I think, this is enough of a survey that can be helpful for my job.

Thanks,

Abhishek

Strategic Marketing for T-mobile You may want to find a Most Valuable Customer (MVC) of the product or service if you are not one yourself, or alternatively think like an MVC. What is the evidence of an MVC of your product or service? It isn't just that the customer regularly buys the product or service.  It means that the customer is treated differently -- better -- than other customers. It means that the MVC represents about 20% of the company's...
