Answers given according to the Question no. as mentioned above.

1. I have selected a service which may be provided by the restaurant owners when customers come to visit the restaurant for food. The service is complementary board games like Ludo, Sequence, UNO, several other card games etc.

2. The customer's/customers' role here is just to avail the service and choose the game which is most suitable for them and to make full utilization of the time between placing the order and arrival of the order.

3. They will learn this role by simply visiting the restaurant more often. Also, the staff would be there to help them with it in case they need any assistance.

4. The customer is the most important person in the service delivery process since if the customers don;t avail the service, it will be absolutely useless to introduce it.

5. It will be seen by the enthusiasm with which they play the games.

6. The other customers will see the people at the nearby table enjoying their wait time for getting their food order in such a playful way and thereby get influenced to do the same.
