Water is polar and dissolves polar copmpounds. ( Like dissolves like)

Among given Nickel(II) sulphate hexahydrate is polar compound and thus will be dissolved in water .

Ther intermolecular interactions beteen Nickel sulphate hexahydrate and water are Hydrogen bonding and dipole -dipole attractions.

Napthalene is non polar compound. Hence it is not souble in water
