Associate each problem with the design principle which would not be respected. There can be multiple matches. I was able to enter 17 digits instead of 16 for my credit card. I see what I can do, but I do not see what these actions will do before doing them. I started saving the file 30 seconds ago, and I don't know what's going on. 1. Visibility The "logout" action is hidden in the "profile" module. 2. Feedback The site does not let me enter a postal code (only a zipcode) even if they say they ship to Canada. 3. Affordance 4. Mapping Important items are sometimes put in bold, and sometimes in red. 5. Constraints To change the time, the UI shows me a compass instead of a watch. 6. Consistency When I press the envelope icon, it does not lead me to the address of the company. The submit buttons are in a different color on each page. I added an item, but the cart/basket did not get updated.
