  • This survey helps in measuring the employees engagement and disengagement, helps in finding out performance of key factors such as work environment, training and development program,etc that helps in employees engagement.
  • This helps the employees to present their opinion or views on other matters and create a two-way communication between employees and higher authorities,
  • After assessment of such surveys company will take necessary measures to increase the employees engagement,
  • Increase in employees engagement will improve their performance and will eventually lead to company's growth,
  • This type of survey result can be used in future for comparison purpose which will show employees performance.
