The new business unit can set up key accounts and the management controls by following the procedures mentioned as follows:

1. The sales manager need to monitor so as to check whether the sales-related activities are moving in the right direction.

2. A sales manager must motivate. leas and guide the subordinates so that they can achieve the targets as planned.

3. The sales manager must take the necessary steps to make sure that the activities of the employees are in accordance with the organizational objectives.

4. Furthermore, a controlling system needs to be placed that will be able to find the loopholes, and take the necessary measures that will not be occurring in future.
