moral beliefs to continue life respectfully and peacefully.
Culture describes a collective path for the progression of life.
Culture indicates the values, beliefs, attitudes, and practices by
any group or individuals. Culture reflects the ethical values of
any individuals or organisations.
On the other hand, ethics is used in a broader sense. It is used in
every field depending on the needs. Ethics is reflected in the
cultural beliefs of any organisation or community. Ethics is the
value of morality and honesty towards other persons or things or
matters. Implementation of ethical beliefs in any organisation may
help to restrict any harassment or unethical activities. It is the

motivation by any individuals to establish the right things in the
community.
Ethics and cultures walk hands by hands in every field of work.
Effective implementation of ethical and cultural values is
essential in every healthcare organisation. Health policymakers
must be awake when making policies regarding ethics and cultures in
any healthcare unit as it reflects the quality of care and
professionalism of healthcare workers, nurses and doctors. Also,
these two aspects ensure the reputational aspects of care providers
