Answer: Due to diversity in the population, the different culture patient requires their own specific care. One of the African American culture beliefs in their own treatment and therapy. Their health belief is related as whatever is happening is from the God's wish, hence they won't interfere with it.

Although they speak their own African language but most of them can easily understand english. So, communication can be easily made through english. The translator should be able to translate so that the communication between healthcare professionals and patient can easily occurs.

They are highly prone to cardiovascular disease as well as hypertension. To prevent this, it is important to educate and create awareness among this group of people as tho reduce weight and indulge themselves in exercise. Obesity increases the risk of chronic disease development.
