The reaction can be written as

HF + NaOH ----- NaF + H2O

Initial 2M 1M 0.672M

Final 1M 0 1.328M

Using the hessley henderbach equation we get

pH = pKa + log[F-/HF]

=> (4 - log(7.2)) + log(1.328/1)

=> 4 - log(7.2/1.328)

=> 4 - log(5.421686)

=> 3.26

very close to option B
