To handle this situation, i will change my communication strategy as well as fact disclosing styles to the doctors and other stakeholders of this medicine. If, i will utilize Deontology philosophy then i will disclose the true facts to the concerned people so that they can utilize it only in a emergency case or when its side effect can be controlled through medical interventions.

As per moral relativism, i will be the part of my organizational culture and its norms. Hence, i will again hide the information as per direction received by my working organization.

As per Virtue Ethics, i will disclose all the material information to concerned buyers. An honest approach will be adopted by me through inculcating the ideas of virtue ethics . I will warn physicians about the news and side effects inspite of the fact that it will reduced my sales turnover.
