RNA primase catalyses the elongation of the nucleic acid elongation in the 3'---->5' direction (lagging strand)

RNA primases are the short RNA transcript having length of 9bp.

Hence option C is correct.

Well if this is not the answer then the answer might be DNA Polymerase III because it has the more proof reading activities and proofreading is done from 3' to 5'

Try option B then.
