Importance of performance management in the achievement of company's strategic goals :-

Employees in an organization need to understand the expectation from them. Besides, they also need to determine whether they are capable enough to fit into the organization for the contribution of the success of the organization. Performance management identifies the gaps between the skillset of employees and according to the gaps, managers provide training and coaching to improve their performance and engagement. This helps the organization to achieve the strategic goals effectively. As with the help of performance management, employees are being more engaged and motivated, which eventually increase the productivity of the organization.
