Question

The N2Fg molecule could exist as two isomers, both of which are planar. Suppose you cool a sample of N2Fą until you have a liquid. Could you determine which isomer you have simply by collecting the Raman spectrum of the liquid? A simple Yes or No is not acceptable. You must show all of the work which is necessary to deduce the answer and you must explain your answer.
