1. A professional thoughts would be shared on how the manager handle the team.

2. The feedback which i share would help my manager to grow in his career in the organization.

3. The official communications and the manager handling on the same can be conveyed, as that help towards the manager on team focusing and coordination.

4. I would share my feedback about my manager, so sharing feedback about his behaviour, attitude etc will ensure towards manager future performance.

5. The work environment is set according to the manager, so the issues that happen and the manager decisions can be shared so that the manager attem towards change in the workplace can be more improvised.
