Answer #1

Chromatin remodeller complex or histone modification enzymes , general transcription factors and RNA pol ll . All the mentioned proteins bind to DNA as well as proteins .

Chromatin remodeller complexes are divided into 4 subfamily - ISW1 , CHD , SWI/SNF and INO80 , all these family of proteins have DNA binding domain as well binds to other proteins that helps in chromatin remodelling .

RNA pol binds to DNA as well as various transcription factors .

Transcription factors bind to DNA and other transcription factors likeTFIID binds to DNA (TATA box ) and TFIIB (protein) .
