Sub: Dire straits of the foundation of the south tower housing material supply silos.

I would like to draw your kind attention to the alarming condition of the foundation of the south tower of the suppy system which supplies raw material to the entire production line 2, through 4 silos which are mounted on it. The tower can't support movement of more than four persons on it, and starts shaking. The matter was reported to me by 2 workmen who climbed on it to mend a minor glitch in supply.The tower was also seen shaking vigorously during the thunderstorm yesterday.

The present condition of the tower can not only bring the production to halt at any time, but also poses a serious security threat to the life and well being of workers working in the vicinity. It is therefore requested to take immediate action to avoid any eventualities.
