First we draw the free body diagram of the given block. Now by force balance in verticle direction, we find the normal force N.

Now we calculate the maximum static friction. Horizontal component of the applied force is greater than the static friction, so the block moves and now kinetic friction is acting.

Now we apply NSL in horizontal direction to find acceleration of the block.
