It will be treated as net of tax item.

Also it will be reported after income from continuing operation as seperate line item as Discontinued Operation.

Explaination -

It is not income from opertion as it has been discontinued by the company. Hence it can not be the part of operating activities.

It is not the result of prior period result, It is the activity which is been discontinued by the company.

It also can not be the part of other revenue and gains which is treated as non operating but the discontinued operation is not continued any more.
