Answer #1

1)genotype:phenotype

Genotype is the genetic composition of an organism. That is for the expression of a character what genetic basis is there in that organism.it refers the allele that are present for tge expression of character.it may be homozygous(same allele) or heterozygous (different alleles).

Phenotype refers to the physical expression of a character. That is the expression of genotype.it depends on genotype and also environmental factors.

2)both purple parents being heterozygous

Here the cross is Pp×Pp -->[(P),(p)]×[(P),(p)] --> PP,Pp,Pp,pp

Out of these offsprings PP-purple,Pp-purple,pp-white

So 75% purple, 25% white.

3)none of these

The cross is, AA×aa --> Aa only,that is 100% Aa.

4)none of these

The cross is Aa×aa--> (A,a)×a --> Aa,aa ,50% each

5)25% AA,50% Aa,25% aa

The cross is, Aa×Aa--> (A,a)×(A,a) --> AA,Aa,Aa,aa

That is 1/4 each AA and aa ,2/4 Aa.

Please give a thumbs up if useful.
