Answer 1. The prime mover used in pull-ups is :-

C) Latissimus dorsi

It is the largest and broadest muclse of back. It is thin but covers almost all the muscles of back. In pull-ups, assisting muscles that help Latissimus dorsi are trapezius, biceps, rhombiods, obliques and serratus.

Answer 2. The body fat range for female should be:-

C) 14-18%

The range of essential fat( required for normal physiological functions) in female body is roughly 10-13% but the optimal range of body fat is 14 - 18% having both essential and storage fat in it.
