Answer #1

Answer:-Enveloped Virus

Enveloped virus is most easy to destroy because the enveloped virus consist of nucleic acid that surrounded by a coat. This is a protective coat of protein. This protein called as capsid. These formed by the protein sub units known as capsomeres. And the outer layer of enveloped virus are soft. So this layer is remove very easily. Most enveloped virus can not exist without their outer layer or protein coating. And the enveloped virus are destroyed when outer layer is exposed.

Example:-Influenza virus.

Other bacteria fungi and many more species outer layers is made up of Polysaccharides so the layer is hard and tough to break and difficult to destroy.

So,the option 4th Enveloped virus is correct answer.
