Summary :- The Disorder is a X linked recessive disorder. Recessive condition means it only express only in the Homozygous condition. It express in single allele in the males due to the presence of Y chromosomes. The probability is 1/ 4 as indicated from the Punnett's square .

Hence , option C is the correct answer.
