Please appreciate the work done by UPVOTING .. If have any query can ask me anytime .. Thank you .

Statement 1 is simply a First Law of Thermodynamics , where it states that energy can neither be created nor be destroyed , but can be interchaengable subject to their form of energy . This stament is not 2nd law of thermodynamics .

Now , We all know unlike energy , entropy is not conserved . It either  increases or remains constant in any kind of process we have . Entropy is measure of disorder of the sysytem or we say a controlled volume space .

Entropy is only conserved for only reversible process and not real process . Thus this statement is also not according to 2 nd law of thermodynamics  .

According to 2 nd law of thermodynamics , energy flow from higher temperature to lower temperature meanwhile doing some work . In this process , energy flow has a direction . Thus this statement is according to 2 law of thermodynamics . Thus this statement is Answer .

Energy has magnitude , since its a scalar quantities , but this does not imply that it is according to 2 nd law of thermodynamics .
