Answer #1

K.T. Mueser and A.J. Cook studied the challenges of obesity. They observed that the environment we live in encourages eating of fatty foods and food products thus leading to obesity. Obesity also leads to psychological issues, pressures from the society, lesser opportunities for work etc. They are trying to address how psychiatric evaluation and rehabilitation can help people with obesity. This is why their research is important.
