Answer #1

An individual is said to be engaged when he or she involves themselves physically, cognitively and emotionally, in the task they do.

For a bottom-line success, it is important to devote mind, heart and body to perform the job in best possible way. This forms a strong basis for becoming a successful person.

Though this research has gained a lot of weightage, it does not apply for all kinds of job and on every person.

Engagement cannot overshadow competency. It only takes place if the individual is otherwise well equipped.
