Name 2 companies that you think would have success building a Pinterest page. Why do you think they should choose to build a page? What type of content should each company place on its pinboards?
Pinterest is a social media platform where business can promote their products and services and reach to a larger audience through it. The 2 companies that would have success building a Pinterest page are:
1. Mc Donald's
2. Asics
1. McDonald's is already a world famous name, but in my opinion they should create a pinterest page as it would keep the customers interested in knowing what McDonald's is offering. They can also create pages on Social activities, new stores openings or new stuff in the menu which will keep them engaged with the public and their customers thereby creating more interest to visit McDonald's
2. Asics is a footwear brand selling premium shoes and accessories. Aspics is a well known brand in countries like US, UK etc. But it does not have a huge presence in the Asian markets. Asian market has also become one of the most potential market for any business especially it will be a large market for Asics. Therefore, by creating a Pinterest page they can generate curiosity amongst the Asian market customers and it will also bring awareness about the brand and the products they offer to their customers.
