For example, Tata housing finance ltd. provides loans and investment opportunities. While , Tata housing development Co, Ltd, is associated with housing construction projects.Customers who seek for loans canto purchase homes under the latter, can avail from the former.
As for horizontal integration, is a strategy, wherein the main company takes over other company which is of the same industry. For example, in 2007, Tata Steel acquired Corus. This helped Tata to enter the European market.
