Example- The McDonalds golden arch is a classic example of a symbol trademark.

2.    Service mark

Example- The name "United Airlines," the "Fly the Friendly Skies" tagline, and the logo of a world map are service marks.

3.    Certification mark

Example- The Woolmark logo is used to certify that goods are 100 percent wool.

4.    Collective mark

Example- The letters AAA® inside an oval to indicate membership in the American Automobile Association.
