In case of Chronic pain, the body of the person sends the brain signals of pain even after the injury has healed and chronic pain can last for weeks to months or even years in some cases.

People experiencing chronic pain experience that their mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance becomes limited due to their pain. Such condition makes it a problem to get through their daily life and routines.

It is believed that chronic pain is usually caused after some injury or harm to a body part. The nerves of that area get damaged and develop into chronic pain,and due to the damage to the nerves it often becomes very intense and difficult for them to handle.

In several cases it has been seen that there is no actual injury or harm but the person has complaints of chronic pain.
