1. transcultural leadership can be described as a form of leadership in which the other's sensibility and knowledge are taken into consideration to understand their point of view. hence, this leadership considers the various types of culture and how cultures affect organizations and individuals.
2. A good transcultural leader will have the following traits: empowering and respecting colleagues, the leader will be communicative and transparent about his actions, the leader act as a role model for others, and lastly, the leader is honest, reliable and authentic.
3. With more options for interconnectivity, the world is becoming smaller and people from different nationalities and varying cultures are coming in contact with one another. This has increased the importance of transcultural leadership and reliance on transcultural leadership.
4. Carlos Ghosn is a transcultural leader and his leadership is based on the qualities of empathy that makes him a good leader. Furthermore, his leadership is based on the management of people that belonged to different nationalities. Dealing with individuals from different clients and employees respectfully and having concern for the same makes him a good transcultural leader.
