Answer #1

Information management was described simply as doing what's required to get the most out of the resources of information. Nonaka claims that competitive success is dependent on businesses' capacity to develop new sources of expertise and turn this information into creative practice.

1)

Discussion on how to use the SECI concept on Nonaka inside the tech company:

SECI stands for socialization, redistribution, mixture and internalization and centers around implicit and overt information.

- Explicit awareness is that explicitly retained by an person in the mental emphasis. Through different ways such as text, mathematical analysis or written matter, it is readily expressed, quantified, and accessible to others.
- Nevertheless, implicit awareness is internalized, and an person may not be aware of it consciously.

It is personal and individual-specific, and more like knowledge which is inarticulate, known but rarely mentioned. Though more controversial because it is not so readily disseminated, tacit knowledge is potentially as critical as explicit knowledge.

Socialization is the integration of human tacit understanding, usually by collective acts rather than written or verbal orders. Apprenticeships, for example, through the sharing of thoughts and photographs allow students see how people perceive. Tacit expertise in our tech business can provide coding abilities that a beginner can choose, for example, by doing the same project shared with seasoned coders. Combination is a method of exploring new explicit knowledge by synthesizing several bodies of explicit knowledge to construct new, more nuanced collections of explicit knowledge. New explicit knowledge is generated by collaboration, convergence and systematization of multiple sources of explicit information-either incrementally or dramatically.

2)

Organizational structure represents patterns of authority and describes essential interactions and events within the organisation, including both hierarchical management and regulation, and less organized processes. A corporate hierarchy or conventional top-down chain of command form does not fit in the tech business. Alternatively, a C-Suite, as a standard framework feature, will better suit the essence of this research where constant communication and coordination would take place, as one would expect of a team developing and testing their code. For examples, a new geek straight from college will sit in programming with old hands and engage them in open collaboration. Organizational culture embodies, in the broadest sense, a single organization's principles and beliefs, reflected in the way it works and the activities it undertakes. (See snapshot attached) demonstrating the society contains myths, symbols, traditions etc. In our tech firm, as a consultant, I will be instituting and assisting the management to develop a vibrant, trendy community, one that has a healthy working environment by constantly involving people in team bonding exercises to generate camaraderie and excitement in interpersonal work.

Throughout modern days, companies are primarily becoming measured for their digital properties that provide institutional resources in the form of copyrights, consumer accounts, and tools for business processes. To this is applied intellectual capital in the form of the information that exists in everyone's minds. App engineers, scholars, academic consultants, and market executives in our tech firm.
Thus, the combination of the qsn and 2 variables above yields a perfect value proposition that would certainly give the tech firm an advantage in its business.
