What important management perspectives can we learn from Matthew 20:1–16 (Parable of the workers in the vineyard)?

To have effective distinction it distinguishes two distinct variables from each other. This is a tale in which shepherd distinguishes sheep and goats in order to ease distinction and judgment. The same idea applies in management too. The managers have to isolate people with different sets of skills and merge similar people in a single team. It will also help managers improve work productivity and expertise.
