Ans. Democratic refers to giving employees, the equal opportunity to work as they want and it does not involve any dominance on them. Authoritarian focuses on personal dominance, strong centralized authority and control over employees, and unquestioning obedience from them. Authoritative involves strict rules and clear cut goals in which the leader may or may not impose dominance on the employees. Authoritative leaders guide their team by example and inspire progression toward a common goal, whereas authoritarian leaders rely on commands and demand compliance without question.The dominance aspect is likely to affect the productivity of the organisation as a whole, coz nobody wants to work under dominance and so it is best if democratic style is adopted as much as possible in the organisation, and it will prove to  be the best way for the organisation to flourish with the employees working toward the achievement of organisational goals. Also, the motivation to wotrk of the employees will also increase if they are given more opportunities and are under less dominance from the leaders.
