Ans) The correct options are "A,B,E" i.e Amylose,amylopectin,glycogen

(Amylose has Alpha-1,4 linkage as a main linkage. Amylopectin and Glycogen has Alpha-1,4 linkage as a main linkage and alpha-1.6 as a branched linkage. Thus, if the glycosidase which cleave Beta-1,4 linkage is introduced, it cannot cleave the amylose,amylopectin and glycogen because they do not have Beta-1,4 linkages.

Cellulose and chitin have Beta-1,4 linkages and thus they can be cleaved by the glycosidase which hydrolyze Beta-1,4 linkage).
