3. First the nurse will explain the current situation that the person is having and she will get information about the patients past medical history, mediction history, dietary habits and life style. and then she explains all the modifiable and non modifiable risk factors that the person is having.

4.As discussed earlier after getting all the information from the patient. the risk should be acessed. the risk factors are categorised into modifiable and non modifiable risk factors. the modifiable risk factors are hypertension, lipid levels, smoking or drinking habits, deit, physical activity. the non moifiable risk factors are age, gender, underlying diseases, family history etc. in discussion with patient we should explain each and every risk factor that can deprive his health. by modifying the risk factors or by avoiding them we can increase the quality of life of the patient. we should say to the patient that if they are feeling any unnecessary symptoms or any side effects of medications ask them to consult the physician as soon as possible.

5.peripheral vascular disease results inpoor supply of blood to the arteries and veins around heart and brain. in the patient educational leaflet the nurse should include risk factors of the disease. by explaining them she should say what are the symptoms for those risk factors that the patient may experience.explain them to avoid smoking, alcohol and not bto skip medications. ask them to engage in the physical activity. explain him how over weight can cause risk so, donot obese. the information aboout cholesterol levels, blood pressure monitoring and other heart diseases should also be included.

6.By testing the difference between arteryial insufficiency and venal insufficiency can be known. by ankle brachial index the pressure and the blockage in the leg can be estimated. byangiography the clogged artery can be viewed.
