Ans) Adult.

Explaination: Zygote has maximum generation potential and as we move towards more celled stages such as 8 celled, blastula, gastrula, larva and adult the developmental potential decreases becuase differentiation starts as cellular stages increases and development  potential decreases.So adult have least development potential.
