Ethics for any organization can be said as principles that guide an organization regarding what is good and right and what is bad and wrong and that prescribed code of behavior for all based on that. It acts as a guideline for the conduct and decision making of employees and managers. hence we can say code of ethics encourage consensus on ethical principles
