When price of lattes is $2, consumer income would be: $2 x 20 = $40

Table values are below:

When budget constraint is BC1,

Price per scone = 40/20 = $2

Optimal consumption: Point X : 12 scones

When budget constraint is BC2,

Price per scone = 40/10 = $4
