Answer #1

Open Access (OA) journals are a good idea because-

                - Scientific research such as scholarly journals are distributed quickly globally.

                - Provides accessibility to all readers specifically who cannot afford the expensive subscriptions for journals.

                - The research journals trigger new research or ideas for the readers.

                - More readers eventually results in high Impact Factor (IF).

                - Businesses too have access to OA journals hence they can develop strategies on new research and studies to be successful in the industry.

Thus, it is pertinent to say that OA journals are a boon to the publishing industry as new research studies and ideas are disseminated very quickly globally without any geographical constraints.

Note- If you liked the answer, please give an up-vote, this will be quite encouraging for me, Thank you.
